Whilst people in the trans communities do use 5ar inhibitors, they aren’t used in young people transitioning. They mostly rely on HRT which in itself kills testosterone, and subsequent DHT. If done early enough anyway testosterone and DHT production never gets a chance to mature anyway.
I think many of the sides that come from finasteride and dutasteride are from the decrease in neurosteroids. Some people’s bodies are fine with coping on low doses of them and others it can be detrimental.

I used RU for over a year and it does nothing .. it’s a mild AA at best. Ask anyone here who has actual hairloss, it does next to nothing.
Dutasteride is awful for you but that’s fine, you’ll work it out yourself when you feel like sh*t everyday, you can’t get an erection anymore and can’t even think straight because your brain is depleted of neurosteroids.
Oh and as you’re so sold on a drug simply because it saves your hair, fee free to try estrogen because that will also grow back all your hair.
