this guy is bald just like you and he had a very bad chin that made him look like a freak and he did surgery to fix and loot at him now.

he went from 1 to 5. hes now a normal human being. before he was a freak from hell

BBSA is right though, I thought about this, align the edges of my teeth, maybe chin implant if it's not noticeable or uncomfortable. You have to make it work if you want to stand a chance.

I've seen side pics of this guy and although he looks better, he went too far and his chin is too big now. Unless you have a really small jaw or a really receded chin like in this case, I don't think it matters that much for most people. Eyes, and the distance from the nose/mouth and how it is all spaced and lined up is far more important for how we perceive a person's face I think.
