why arent we funding the right people to do this with finasteride... there HAS to be a way.. and if there isn't we should look for some educated individuals on this page and maybe try to do it ourselves... if they did it with min its stupid to think its impossible to do it with finasteride... i know this doesnt effect people who want major regrowth.. but if we came out with a product that could take out oral propecia this will put pressure on the big pharma to retaliate with a better product..

I just think it's not being pressed as hard because popping a single pill a day is more convenient then applying it directly to the scalp. If oral minoxidil didn't come with the risks I would have went that route instead of topical minoxidil. There is topical finasteride out there, it's main draw is no/less sides I believe.

idk man.. i feel like if people were successfully maintaining off the supposed real finasteride solutions then there would be word of it... i mean we are on a forum for hair loss.. wouldnt we be one of the first places to hear it?

i just feel like its something us as a forum can probably accomplish... and its all around beneficial because believe me as much as there is millions of people taking finasteride theres probably hundreds of thousands who didn't wanna take the chance.. some who got sides and some who probably never even heard of it.

Apart from a few hardcore people on this forum, the majority of the world prefers tablets. Ease of incorporating into your daily regimen, then you can get on with your day and forget about it. None of this looking in the mirror and applying creams, oils and other stuff. That also makes the problem hit home to me. With topicals you have to evenly spread it as well. Systemic is best for efficacy. If oral minoxidil was FDA approved I would have used it too.

Take RU if you are getting sides. We should be grateful we have pill and topical options.

Why does a simple post make you so upset? There have been several other people here who said topical finasteride is useless, you are the only one who promotes it.

Research how finasteride works then you will realize that there is not possible way for it to be effective as a topical (unless absorbed into the body, making it the same as a tablet).

If that was for me then, then id say i posted it coz he said topical finasteride doesn't work at all. I agree on systemic absorption on systemic absorption, but i beleive it can be a bit less.
