If I Have A Very Clear Thinning Pattern At 25 To 30, Does That Change Long Term?

I have a balding spot in the crown and there is a clear separating line between the very thick spots and the balding areas. Same thing with my sides - they go up high and then i feel a big thinning area

does that pattern stay consistent long term? or will my crown thinning get lower?
