and I just add it now, or some other anti-androgen... will it be too late... or do I have a fighting chance of regrowing my lost hairline?

the big 3 is propecia/avodart, mixodil, and nizoral right?
I've been missing nizoral, didn't realise how important it is...

Nizoral ain't all that, it just helps that's all :)

Add it now.

Have you had any results from dutasteride/minoxidil yet?

You should be fine, relax man. The important thing about nizoral is that it helps with scalp health mainly (yes some anti-androgen properties too but limited). So if your scalp is in good shape you probably haven't missed it that much.

For some people, nizoral doesn't improve scalp health at all... it makes their scalp itchy and inflamed. I do not think that you have missed out on all that much by not including it in your regimen.

I can attest to that. It MAJOR fucked up my scalp. I'm not going to use it.

just found a picture of myself from 10 years back, with my hair back in a ponytail.... (I was 19.... :) )

and measured the length from my eyebrows to my hairline, and compared it with today...

same exact distance !

but still I'm sometimes (as of before, but still) freaking out.. and feeling I'm loosing bundles of hair...

dutasteride maybe made the difference...(been on it for 11 months...)
