I am surprised people are criticising Britney already. Maybe she was losing her hair and didn't want to wear extensions anymore?

I would think she just gained a ton of balding female and male fans.

we don't all shave our heads because it's not the worst thing in the world to be losing your hair.

Brtney is not going bald! lets get that straight. Shaving your head often does not look good but can feel good. Britney said to the hairdresser that she was just sick of people touching her. (meaning stylists).

I agree with dietcola, it seems that at the first sign of hairloss everybody says "just shave it off"
