hello.. i think my hair line is receding :S...
well my hair was long and nice .. after couple of months my hair started to fall out alot
my friends told me to cut it to small ... so i had new hair cute , and after few months i started to notice that i cann see the scalp from front (hair line) :s so im so scared if im balding .. i just turned 18 btw..

you are entering Norwood 2 scale. the hair that you mention will be gone within a couple of months...if you want to maintain your temples go on finasteride and nizoral. stay away from minoxidil.

no doubt he will be slick bald in that area for sure. he'll be a Norwood 2 in 1.5 years if he doesnt get on finasteride.

What country are you in OP? I looked up Alain...are you in Iran? Just try not to freak out about it. I suppose if you wanted to get finasteride you would need an appointment with a dermatologist...I'm sure you have some time since you're only 18, but I think definitely I see the early signs of male pattern baldness. You're not the only young guy with this issue...I'm 20. Maybe you could order it offline without a prescription? I don't know anything about your country's laws in that regard...

How old are you veveto? Your current hairline is amazing, I never had a hairline as low as yours, even when I was 12 years old my hairline wasn't that low! The question is whether your hairline is progressing towards a mature Norwood 1.5-2 hairline, or male pattern baldness. I really think it is too early to tell if you have. The best thing you can do is keep a photographic record and go see a dermatologist/hairloss specialist. I know it's expensive, but it's still much cheaper than a hair transplant. Prevention is THE most important thing.

If you really can't afford the consultation, then an alternative is to take high resolution photos of your scalp under very high lumen light, you should be able to visually determine whether miniaturisation is occurring, and if so, if miniaturisation is progressing beyond the normal NW2 mature hairline.
