I've recently noticed slight recession in my hairline and would like to know if im going bald. Im aware that most men eventually lose their juvenile hairline, but im not sure if that is the case or whether im going bald

No. If you're worried take new pics in 6 months, especially of the hairline and compare , but I think you're fine

Don't wish to be rude or intrusive, but those lesions on the forehead are due to acne? If so, that and other localized skin conditions can produce inflammation that affects hair growth in the proximity. Sorry, just covering all bases that might relate to your concern.
