There are a slew of treatments still in the research/ trials/ testing pipeline. Has anything come up over the years since the big-3+dermarolling? I'll be honest, I have very aggressive hairloss but since I have been able to regrow most of it and keep it stable for over 7 years I got lax and stop bothering beyond being consistent with my. Regimen. I of course, would like something more permanent without life threatening side effects.
