Maybe the cause of male pattern baldness is actually the testosterone-dihydrotestosterone ratio?
Think about this... People who have low T levels, get destroyed on Finasteride. People who have less T and more DHT (aka Steroid users) experience male pattern baldness. People who have high testosterone levels naturally and most likely less DHT, experience increased libido and no harsh sides.
I’m not saying that the genetic predisposition isn’t there and I won’t go deeper into that one. But what if, what if... the secret lies on the ratio. And in fact a prolonged ratio of DHT > T, which progressively causes dermatitis/eczema (sebum irregularities?), acne, hyperkeratosis, excessive sweat and also... male pattern baldness?! What if!
Has anyone been on TRT and Finasteride/Dutasteride? Anyone here measured their testosterone, shbg, free testosterone and dihydrotestosterone levels at once, without being on antiandrogens and later on again while being on them?
Let’s discuss. I’ll get to the bottom of this, we’ll find the cause.
