I was making peace with androgenic alopecia but I’ve noticed a patch of hairloss.

My hairloss is still a mystery.

It first started in late 2018 after I developed seb derm I was shedding hundreds of hairs per day(I had seb derm since childhood but at that time it exacerbated such that my scalp was bleeding from scratching) I rushed to a dermatologist and he said it’s androgenic and also told him I had back acne for which he prescribed me accutane and told me about minoxidil and finastradine and possible side effects and asked me to think about it and if Iam ready he can get me on them.I was 20yo then.

Then after 3 months I was not convinced and searched for a trichologist on internet.he diagnosed me with Telogen Effluvium my blood tests were iron, vitamins d deficient and I was hypothyroid tsh-13. He asked me to immediately discontinue accutane as it can be a reason for me being hypo and continuation of Telogen Effluvium and prescribed me supplements and put me on some serum for 3 months(had coq10 in it) no progress then put me on minoxidil I used minoxidil and supplements for 6 months no visible progress and I developed contact dermatitis to minoxidil was a pain to use minoxidil after this still used it with deflazacort-once weekly for 2 more months no progress and discontinued.during covid wave as I was unable to consult doctor I decided I will do something to recover my lost hair.so shaved head derma-rolled with 0.5mm and added oral minoxidil was experiencing palpitations discontinued in a month and also caught covid and then there was second shed which made my density worse.(I didn’t treated my thyroid and thought as I have discontinued accutane my levels will get back to normal).

Then in mid 2021 got my thyroid tested and my tsh was 11 started levothyroxine in a year it swinged up to 30 and got back to level of 1.4. Lockdown was relieved got back to my trichologist he suggested prp therapy as soon as I started prp in late 2021 my third Major shed happened and doctor said injuries are making my hair loss worse and he said. He is suspecting androgenic alopecia until he saw my hair shedding during follow up he said it looks like something else and I convinced him for scalp biopsy for which he forwarded me to a dermatologist who was his assistant once.He recommended two punch biopsy one crown and temporal but his assistant denied and said crown biopsy is enough(attaching reports). Which came as androgenic alopecia.here I started to get convinced that it is androgenic alopecia and was making peace with it.
Got recent thyroid tests and my tpo-480+ and was diagnosed with hashimotos and also heard that alopecia areata is seen in 50% cases of hashimotos and also my hairloss is getting weird temporal and occipital area also getting involved.

Now I’m 23/male there no bald males in my family my both grandpas had full hair at 70-80 years of age my father and my one year younger brother have very good hair I will be the first bald male in both side of family and I still believe androgenic alopecia can occur without any family history but it’s progression is what worrying me and my hairline is still intact.and have noticed a patch of hairloss yesterday which might be alopecia areata.
I am skeptical about finastradine as accutane has caused severe damage to me and I don’t want to make things far more worse.
One thing I want to ask you guys is if I convince a dermatologist to treat it as alopecia areata and if it’s not alopecia areata and it is actually androgenic alopecia will it get worse?and since I was diagnosed as hypothyroid iam at best levels currently had two tests both were 1.3 and 1.6.

I wash my hair daily and comb them properly so scalp is usually not visible.
