What are you scared of? Some people say that lifting weights increases testosterone hence more hairloss but I’m not sure if that theory has been proven..

Work out but make sure to wash hair afterward if sweating much. Yes your hairloss will increase,a little bit no matter what.

Working out can be a lot of things. Do you wanna lose weight or build muscle? Building muscle might affect your hair but if you wanna just lose weight, go for intense walks.

Do girls appreciate more muscular guys today? My youth was at a time where it made a difference. Tipping point was football player looking guys trying to hit on my girlfriend all the time and I was always a thin guy. That was motivating but I really enjoyed working out anyway. Didn't achieve or want Schwarzenneger look but definitely got and kept bodybuilder look. Made an obvious difference. Hair wasn't the issue then however. But still, why not eliminate one characteristic that makes one feel inferior.
