After going back to my natural colour -medium blone- for over a year now I decided to go back to blonde, so I was cheap and went to the drugstore, and now after two boxes of dye I have "honey brown" hair....I dont really know if its true that you cant use permanent hari colour to lighten previously dyed hair, or if I need to bleach if I want to be blonde, so can someone who actually knows how I acheive blonde (without beaching if at all possible) please tell me?
