I Urgently Need Advice On Dermarolling

I have a ton of vellus hairs on my temples, is it possible to turn them into mature hairs by only using a dermaroller ? If so which lenght is optimal? I already asked this question but I need more information

Dermarolling withoud minoxidil is pretty useless imo.But if you ll like to expretiment with it 0.5 - 1 mm should be fine
