I would say 4-5 years roughly. Hard to say because maybe you will slow down after and it actually ends up being 10 years.
So in 5 years no hair on top of my head

Within 5 years youll probably get to the point where the top of ur head is so thin that you you will have to get a very close cut. Unless medications work for you. I think you can pull off a no guard buzz man.

you can still save it even regrowth if you choose to go on meds.

Bruh don't listen to these guys. They don't know when or if you will lose your hair. My uncle receded to a Norwood 3 super early like 20 years old and is still one in his mid 40's. You do have male pattern baldness but if your dad and grandfathers have their hair thats a good sign of where you're heading. That being said, take finasteride and see how that works. Maybe add minoxidil if you want to see some regrowth. Best of luck!
