Noticing an increase in shedding but an unusual high amount of the small, strainy thin hair that is weaker then the rest that seems to be falling out more then usual.

Normal healthy looking hair seems to be falling out aswell but really can't comment on this because it's been happening for as long as I can remmber, perhaps a slight increase

But Yeah hopefuly I don't go from full head of hair to noticeable hairloss because of the shedding! Currently I've only got a receed hairline Nw2ish and very little thinning on the crown.

My fear is that the shedding will create visible loss or does that only happen to folks with thiinned out hair? at the moment my hair is extremely thick all over do you reckon the shedding if any will cause noticeable hairloss?

Weakened and thin hairs will shed first, especially on your crown (as it sheds from that usual pattern which explains why these areas looks worse). This is because they have less stability than thick hair when it comes to staying on your scalp. Furthermore when hair shrinks it enters the regrowth and shedding cycle much faster than normal hair. If you are worried about shedding you should get your self a healthy dose of vitamin B as this will strengthen your existing hair by giving it the protein needed to grow and stay thick. Shedding however is a natural process and is needed for the process of growing new and thick hairs. Hair on average doesnt lose more than 15% density so I wouldnt worry about it unless your losing more than 50% of your hair density, then you will have a problem. Here's a link that will explain this in more detail, explaining that hair goes weak and thin before they shed and regrow again. You havent got anything to worry about mate
