both my parents got full heads of hair, but recently I've started taking these 5000 mcg biotin pills for some reason and i was able to pull out strands of hair with ease, ive stopped taking those biotin pills but ive had this thin part in my hair for like 3 months, second pic is when my hairs a little wet

That """"bald spot"""" in your first picture is straight up part; notice how the hair is going in different directions. When you're banging some wh*** next do that to that hair and you'll notice the same thing.
