I think I'm good

Hello everyone. I kind of freaked out earlier because for starters, I get pretty bad anxiety at times and second, I found out that when I lean over and take the picture, the light for some reason makes it look 50 times worse than it really is. Maybe it's the color of my hair I don't know. I showed a friend who said my hair looks nothing like the photo. I found out that taking a picture while not leaning down is more accurate. Let me know what you think.

I think that's more my normal part, but you tell me.

To be honest man I think your crown is starting to go (it looks like mine). If I remember correctly you're against finasteride? In the time being you should at least use Rogaine on the crown to thicken it up.

nah your balding mate.

See that X pattern that diffuses out, eventually it turns in a a bowl of thinning hair. Can see the disparity, and differentiation in texture, and density between the frontal and crown region.

Pigmentation difference is also a sign of diffusing. The follicles are being choked of nutrients, and flooded with DHT

Well I will say my hair dries weird, but I trust you guys. I mean when I take the picture from above like the one up top, it looks better, but if this is true, without propecia, am I pretty much screwed? Is it possible that it will be really slow? Like could it not be noticeable for years? I've definitely had problems with very very dry scalp (they think I may have an autoimmune disease that causes it), but I've had it for years. Maybe that's causing it? I don't know. It sucks because I've finally started losing weight and getting back in shape to get back into the dating game. I've lost 15plbs already and this is now happening. Any news on these new drugs or topical creams I read about? I think one was called Rux on the forum or something?

Why are you against finasteride? Side effect stories?

No, I mentioned it in another post. I took it a few years ago for a completely different reason and had horrible symptoms that still affect me today.

I must ask did you take it for acne related reasons? Because acne on my back and arms is starting to clear up really nicely (I'm a month in).
