I Think I'll Shave, But First: How Fast Does Thinning Hair Regrows?

I do notice that my thinning hair grows more slowly but I Have not really gaged how slow...
Anyone with an idea?
Healthy hair grows at the rate of 1/2 inch a month... thinning hair?
(my current thinning hair is 4 inch long, so it still has some life in it...)

I don't know but I take a high dose of biotin (5000) it does NOT help baldness or hair regrow BUT it does help hair grow faster (and I have the hairdresser bills to prove this) at least for me.
But again does not help actual hair loss.

I did, I ll give my thoughts about this later. But I strongly encourage people to do so before they starting to freak out about hair loss and start thinking about drugs or propecia. I immagined it would be much worse than it is. I am not saying I look better, definitely worse, but I am less scared about the future perhaps... at least today
My hair stopped falling about 2 years ago, with RU, and I plan to regrow it, but it was good exposure therapy...
