I started taking finasteride maybe a month and a half ago and I think I'm done shedding already, or at least it's slowing down. I used to lose tons of hairs in the shower, of various thicknesses but now I'm back to just a couple, thick ones. This seems kind of fast. Could it be from how little hair I have lost in the first place? It thinned a bit in the front, and my hairline receded maybe three hairs back at most. Only my dermatologist was able to tell. Everyone else I showed thought I was crazy so yeah, was barely balding.
