I think I have DUPA

Hi I'm a 20 year old guy and I think I have Diffused Unpatterned alopecia. My hair ha been getting thinner and thinner ever since I was about 16 but not only on the top, the back and sides have been thinning as well.I'm read this is common with DUPA..I haven't been able to find any information on how to deal with this does anyone know where I could find some. I kno about propecia (I've been on it for over 6 months) and rogaine..is there any hope? I would have posted some pics but I don't know how to on here. but any information anyone could ofer would be great.

People are gonna give their opinions but that's something you should see a doctor about. Hairs on the back and sides of the head are generally not affected by DHT so I doubt propecia is going to help you out there...but see a Doctor.
