I see some tiny translucent vellus hairs, will they ever become terminal hairs?

Switched to dutasteride 9 months ago, and I experienced Telogen Effluvium. But recently I've been seeing some tiny translucent vellus hairs, will they ever become terminal hairs? I've first seen them a few months ago, they seem to stay translucent and tiny. So, I've been waiting and waiting...

Stick with your treatments. They eventually come back (mine have). But after much despair and confusion "Am i balding more?" "Were these always this thin?"

Seemed I was onto Norwood 3 territory, but those hairs that all shed when I started treatment came back thicker.

In the era of cell phones you should have 50 pictures with the same hair length and lighting and same angles. Then you can compare to see progress versus guessing. You will never remember or be able to tell 12 months from now what your hair used to look like unless you have photographic memory

Very true. I can't count the number of times I read success stories and the people don't realize they have regrowth or thicker hairs until they compare the before and afters.

I do take lots of pics of my hair; but it's too depressing to see, so usually I take them, then delete them immediately.
