I don't really know what glandular tissue feels like. All men have some glandular tissue...
Apparently with gyne it's supposed to feel hard and be painful to touch. I've also read about itchiness. There's supposed to be a "concentric circle" around the nipple. Whatever is behind my nipple just feels squishy like fat. It doesn't hurt to touch it. I have no itchiness...
But as Fred said, gyne can be fat + glandular. There's gynecomastia and pseudogynecomastia...it's kind of confusing. I don't understand it fully at the moment, since with pseudogyne there is still gland.
Whatever. A doctor will be able to tell me if there's anything going on. In the meantime, I am trying to eat less and maybe I'll get some exercise in as well.
@John You think it's gyne then?

This is going to sound incredibly homosexual...but guys do me a favor and squeeze the skin around your nipples like this: https://imageshack.com/i/nbe2sij
Does that happen, like in the picture, or does your skin from both sides touch each other?
Does this happen? https://imageshack.com/i/j7w2h3j
Sorry guys, I realize this is incredibly creepy.
