i'm 22, i've been on finasteride since last May, so it's 9 months, today i quit finasteride, at all.
Terrible side effects, watery c*m, lowered sex drive, muscle weakness, mental fatigue, brain fog, reduced gym performance... it's fockin enough isn't it?
I was really thickening but the price's too high, can't face it anymore.. don't want to have dementia in my 50s, or some irreversible sexual damage, or brain damage, i'm very scared... i'll never be on finasteride again.. i'm sorry, it was really working, i hope i'll have my good NW2 receding hairline for most of my life, just as De Niro, or Bryan Cranston.. at least until something new will come out... with no side effects, let's tell the truth

Testosterone is too much important for health, training, sex, brain functionality, Alzheimer protection and body operation... NO MORE SIDES FOR ME

If i'm welcome, i'll stay here with my eccentric theories and celebrities transplants obsession , i really like talking over with you.

Every single person you named went to NW2 pretty late in their life, most in their 50s, you are 22...

De Niro and Depp no, maybe DiCaprio, not sure about Cranston...
You can recede quickly in your early 20s then stay like that for so long you can even not go bald, it depends, now i'm rolling with the punches, read the sides man

Least you tried, hopefully you have given thought to the experimental treatments or minoxidil. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

You had no sides in first month? Just curious because I started almost a month ago. Hope it all works out for you

Do not fool yourself, i found out Propecia is only for maintaining, only way to climb Norwood scale is fockin simple: Rahal or H&W

This is why J.WayneUK doesn't have much credibility.. In a post I made yesterday he replied saying it's only for maintenance, now in this post he says he was really thickening.. Lulz

Excuse me?? I said my hair was thickening (sturdier and larger, better quality), not that i had regrowth (and i had minor regrowth with minoxidil too, almost irrelevant), that's what i told you.

Nobody cares i'm quitting: i'm not here to cry on myself, just for letting you know my sides, very dangerous sides, especially on long-term usage, memory+brain+sex+muscle reactivity si too much important, then lowered testosterone can increase the risk for so many ilnesses, can't run the risk.

Sides by go balding: sure, but that's not systemic, i'm not prone to depression, plus i'm sure i'll keep my hair, even if i have male pattern baldness and nw2 at 22.

The side effects of losing my hair were killing me. So I quit and started using Propecia.

Life is about choices, apparently you can face the sides.. good luck, the hardest part is keep gettin it after almost a year when you're having RELEVANT SIDES.

No mate, don't worry, for me it all started after the 6/7 months, i completely quit now, i'm 3 days off and i feel better, i'm really sure my hair's looking great in the future without any meds.

@Sorry mate, apparently for you it's better sides from finasteride than balding, if that's the condition i'm sure you made the right thing.

1. The enzyme propecia blocks takes 7-14 days to begin being reproduced and raise DHT levels. So you feeling better is nocebo.

2. You're losing hair in your twenties, this means your hair will be **** in the future for 99% of guys in that situation.

3. You're ignorance and stubbornness is cute.

come on if you're going to call someone ignorant at the minimum you have to spell "your" correctly.

i for one am glad this thread was posted. quite obviously those already taking the drug don't want to hear this

"Terrible side effects, watery c*m, lowered sex drive, muscle weakness, mental fatigue, brain fog, reduced gym performance..."

etc... but for those of us who may take it at some point, just hearing again and again "its great!" is not helpful when clearly it isn't for a good number of people. all info is good info
