Hallo. I am almost 30 and at age 20-21 I was losing hair quite strong. But after that nothing really, changed. But “past” nightmare result stayed and I am tired of having this thinning area. I am not on finasteride, it gave me unbearable sides(I am waiting for SETI/FEVI however)…

I would like to ask you because I am in subject of hairs, hair transplant, future treatments, finasteride etc…. for over 10 years, but I must say that I may overloaded myself with information. What type of hair I do have? My hair dresser says I have thick one. hair transplant doctors consider this type as mild, thin? I don’t know.
Also what can I expect from future hair transplant with type of hair as mine to cover this thinning area? And how many graphs do you think I need?

I would personally consider your hair thin. It looks kind of stringy to me.

Fine hair with naturally low density.

So that crown area just left at 21 and for 9 years you had no more loss? You are literally the perfect transplant candidate lol.

I would love to. But who will operate me if I can't have finasteride :(

If you tell them your hair is unchanged for 9 years and then show them your family history, im sure someone would do the surgery.

@N003 My dad(57) and grandfather(89) both with hairs. Both have almost the same hair like Harrison Ford at present moment.

Okay, like me, my dad and grandfather don't have hair loss.
I also have very very very thin hair for a long time.

I'm on finasteride and I don't have Norwood yet, but if you don't want to take it that's okay;)

If you want to compress your hair then you only have one option:
Hair transplant.

Have you ever tried pulling out your hair on your skull?
Can you just pull your hair out at the top of your head? If so, you have male pattern baldness

@N003 Thank you for respond.

Well I want to have Hair transplant. At present moment I am on process of saving money. I am convince that I will need 12k+GBP for that party.

Dr Freitas from Spain will reject me, because he does not operate without meds. I will go for consultation anyway. Maybe he will convince me to try again meds… who knows, and maybe Fevi will be release by that time. I am about to try to talk with dr Jose Lorenzo and I think I would prefer him anyway. This convince me:

Dr Feriduni could do surgery without meds, he said that he can fix my hairline(online consultation) with 1200 grafts, but he suggested that I should wait with crown until mid 30s. Well I can understand that. Rahal and Feriduni are only one who I would let touch my hairlines. However if it comes for crown I would really prefer dr Lorenzo. Well we will see It will take me some time to save money for that.

And no. When I am pulling out my hairs no matter where, I am not having any hairs, after shower no hairs in bathroom, when I combing them there is a few hairs on comb, but nothing serious. After 5-6 comb I may have some hair or two on brush.

A good idea from Dr. Feriduni!
Hair transplantation at a very young age is not a good idea.
You never know how far hair loss will go.

If I were you, I'd wait years and save the money for the hair transplant:D:)
Your mentioned doctors are among the best in hair transplantation.

Good sign your hair won't fall out right away when you test it.

I really do have hair a lot like yours, very thin hair.

But watch out for the minimalization. It is a typical sign of hair loss gene. After that, the hair falls out.
