im 22 years old diffused through the top nobody can suspect im balding at all becuse i buzz my head a 1 1/2 so it blends well how ever i know im too young for a h/t but if i hold on to this till im 23 id like to have a procedure of 2000 grafts in the frontal area , i dont care to much for the back

At your age dht inhibitors have decent results especially if you are in the first 3 years of your hair loss. I would reserve hair transplant for later.
