Thinning hair

It's been 6 months since I started using treatments on my scalp, and it just got so much worse then before. The itch is still here, but not as intense like when I just started.
My regime consider of 15% Minoxidil (once a day), 2% Nizoral (every 1 day), Cu peptides (everyday) and 1 gram of MSM (everyday).
My hair line is totally F**ked for real, I retreated 2 cm and I'm now truly a Norwood 2A and it starting to look like 3 really soon. I don't have any photos taken during the treatment, but comparing to old photo I can tell.
When I 1st started the treatments I shed like a crazy for like a month, it retreated 1 cm then. I thought that the hair that I shed will grow back, but it didn't. When winter came, another shed which made me a Norwood 2 on my head.
I already got Crinagen on the way to be added to my regime. And I hope it will stop the sheds. I stayed away from Propecia, because I'm afraid of the side effects, but I wonder if I should start for my hair?
Please can anyone tell how I can stop the lost, I don't want regrowth anymore, and it sucks to be 20 years old with a diffused Norwood 3, when everyone around u got hair. My hair loss started when I was 16 and from what I learn, my chance to get a normal hairline is quite slim now as I started early... :cry:
