I need opinions

Im pretty young still for hair loss and the one side looks worse than the other. What do you think it is and what should I do to treat it? My hair used to be really thick a few years ago and i don't know if my hairline is just maturing or if this is any form of male pattern baldness.

It's not uncommon for one side to thin earlier than the other. Eventually they will catch up
