i just ordered topical spironolactone from minoxidil.com. Im using it in addition to minoxidil and propecia though. Ive seen some good results, im going for the 2% version because its supposed to be easier to apply.

i personally think a topically without an internal like finasteride is not gona work in majority of people. you will have a few that can get away with topical regimen but you really need to attack male pattern baldness from multiple angles meaning you got your internal that reduces ur levels 90 percent of type 2 dht, then a shampo like nizoral wich helps with imflamation and slightly anti androgen, lasty a growth stimulant like rogaine. i do believe spironolactone will help in anyones regimen but by its self your fighting an uphil battle. if i had to rate in terms of efficeny with strongest i would go wit

1. dutasteride
2.finasteride
3. rogaine
4.spironolactone
5.nizoral

It's too early to say really, I've been using it on and off for a while but consistently I've used it every day for about 2 months. I don't have any signs of regrowth and my hair is the worst it's been for ages but it's expected as I had to stop the big 3 all at once.

I'm only using tricomin and topical spironolactone.

Internals Mess me up...cant do it anymore!

I was going to talk to Dr Lee but I hear he makes false claims regarding Alzeic Acid

Right now I use the Foam and Revita and had to stop finasteride and/or Saw and Beta-stis

Im a diffuse thinner and have an intact hairline so spironolactone might b e tough but If i have to make it work I guess Ill have to figure something out

yea there is no way alzeic acid blocks up to 100 percent dht on the scalp and follicles like he claims, i do believe it is an anti androgen but no stronger then spironolactone and slighty better then nizoral.

i wouldn't say your fucd wit out finasteride, you still can have some good regrowth on rogain foam with hair kept short and apply right after scalp is wet. that and throw in nizroal 3 times a week along with topical spironolactone on a wet scalp and i think you can hold off male pattern baldness for a while.
