So when your at work or whatever do you spray your hair with water or something? Do you get up in the middle of night to wet your hair as well?

I doubt there is any correlation between hairloss and wet hair at least your keeping it hydrated.

I like to keep my feet wet, I dunno it just kinda feels right,
I normally fill my shoes with water every hour or so, but have found, especially in summer that I can' walk 'em dry' on a long trip, say.. to my parole officer or somewhere,
