I love my Demmings canned wild alaska salmon.

It has twice as much omega-3's as mackerel. Over 6 grams total of EPA and DHA per 16 oz can, for $1.49. I doubt the alaska salmon has much mercury. And I read that salmon has as much mercury as mackerel, which is not very much. So a can every 2-4 days is all I need. The only down side is it does have salt added. It is not farmed, though. It says "wild alaska salmon" on the can.

I think I previously wrote off salmon because it is so expensive. I did not know I could get it this cheap and tasty. It costs a bit more than the cheapest kroger fish oil capsules, but a lot less than the mainstream ones, per gram of EPA and DHA.
