Hi guys,

I am about 1 year into Propecia usage, and have noticed over that time I've been holding on to what I have, and thickening up a bit in the crown/vertex... I am happy with my current regimen and would like some comments on it.

.. My only issue is that in the areas I'm thinning the most (crown/vertex), that is where the frequent discomfort/itch comes into play during my days.. I don't 'scratch' it, but it feels great when I glide the comb gently over the scalp. I've still been working on this itch, I need to get it right and fixed!

.. I think it's the DHT attacking my follicles causing me the sensitive crown area, because the rest of my head doesn't feel that way nearly at all... but it could be that my regimen of shampooing needs to be adjusted.

It's hard to get it right!

Thanks,
-mike

Try using T-Sal and leave on for 5 mins then Nizoral and leave on for 5 mins do this 3 times a week and stop using the T-Gel and emu, keep using the Tricomin but use it after washing your hair and a small bit on before you go to bed, give this a try for a couple of weeks and see if it works :)

i got the same itrritation while using t-gel, but since switching to the t-sal/ nizoral shampoo regimen i have been pretty much itch/irritation free.
