I Know It's Individual, But For Which People Is Finasteride More Likely To Yield Good Results?

Does it mostly depend on how old you are, how aggressive your male pattern baldness is/what final pattern are you destined to reach and how recent your hairloss is?

I'm 30, have all the classic symptoms of male pattern baldness (temples at 1.5-2 currently, crown thinning, itch, shedding), but shedding and itching have become progressively worse in the last 1 year or so.

I guess I'm finished with that "unnoticeable" hairloss phase and what follows is visible thinning and more and more scalp showing. My hair has become incredibly weak, I notice a huge amount of it falling out.

So I'm hoping I'm early enough in the process for finasteride to fix it for me and even reverse the most recent loss.

I think Finasteride works on most people of all ages. It seems to work better on white men (perhaps due to genetics). Age does not seem to be a factor even though anecdotally it is. The less aggressive or less hair loss you have already had obviously helps.
