I'm going to put it on my temples and hairline to supplement Avodart. I'm not really sure if it is needed, but I can pull hairs out of this area very easily, unlike the hairs on the sides and back of my head.
When I told Dr. Lee that I was on Avodart, he said I was too young and that if you get side-effects they can last for a long time. Although I agree that the sides can last for a while after you are off of Avodart, I have not experienced any negative side-effects so I will continue. I do not think that I am to young for the medication. However, young people thinking about starting Avodart should consider Dr. Lee's recommendation before starting the medication.
I'll post the full consultation on here if people are interested (and as long as it is legal?).
