I washed my hair today and got that solution out of my hair which made it look super thin

you can see I already have a decent amount of hair + 12K new hairs, it's going to look really fantastic. The worst area for me is the crown and he put 900 grafts (all of which were basically 3 and 4 hair grafts) so I'm going to have around 2700-3600 hairs back there. It will look really really excellent once done. I believe it will look nearly perfect. My biggest advantage as you can see in this pic is the real thick, coarse, wavy texture of my hair

I wanted to give a very very positive review of Dr Keller

he's a kind, caring doctor who pays extreme attention to every detail. His staff is super super nice

I paid for 3500 grafts, he ended up getting 4000 grafts and didn't charge me anything extra

Dr Kellar gave me a million reasons why FUE is garbage


big problem is that it's just not nearly as good for overall density as FUT. My situation is that I've lost a lot in the crown and front. I wanted to get a lot of density overall. FUE really is more for people who want to improve their hairline, not those who want to dramatically increase density


the cool thing for me is that I can already make my hair look decent with blowdry/product. Add another 12K hair and it will look nearly perfect. I just hope the finasteride and rogaine can keep my hair at least for another 15 years

It's only really good for front hairline restoration IMO. It's no good for density in middle or crown

he had like 15 different reasons

I don't even remember them all. I tuned him out because I wanted FUT the whole time anyways

why fut instead of fue?

Because FUT is better. Higher graft yield and survival rate are two big reasons. If I ever decide to get a transplant I'm definitely going with FUT.

FUE is really for people who are gonna end up being a NW2 to 3 and want slightly better hairline. It just isn't very good for overall density
