I'm under the impression from cruising around this chatroom for a while that the only hairloss products people really have faith in around here are the big three. I was wondering whether that is the case and if that applies to pretty much any situation.
My situation is that I'm 26 and over the last 9 months my hair has started to thin badly. it hasn't really receded any but the thinning is horrible. My hair seems to have gone thin everywhere (top, sides and back). There doesn't seem to be any place that is particularly worse then the others but there is a whole lot of scalp shinning through that never used to.
This seems to have coincided with me moving jobs and not being able to train martial arts and getting out of the habit of exercising and smoking to much. I don't know whether this is a contributing factor or whether i am just hoping this is as that is easy enough to reverse.
I've always worn my hair long and it used to be thick and super curly the kind that always drew comments. I guess i must have took that sh*t to heart because this whole thinning thing has thrown me through a crazy loop. I'd like to be less vain and just say "f*** it" but i have a really weird shaped head and i need to keep hair to cover this monstrosity that lurks beneath. At the moment i have enough hair that it looks ok when styled right but windys days make it look sh*t and i am activley avoiding going out in the rain or bright sun light.
So i was wondering is there anymore of a specific way of treating this kind of thinning rather then rapidly receding hairline or a balding crown. or is it just get your hands on those products and hope for the best.
Any kind of comment on this would be helpful and appreciated.
