I Just Did Ferritin And Dht Test, Need Suggestions

hello,
I am 22 year male and I am suffering from hair loss from 2 years.
I did the Dht tests which came out to be 270 while normal range is 250-990 pg/ml, and the serum ferritin test too which is only 15 while normal range is 20-200 ng/ml.
What should I do any suggestions?
Is it because of any ferritin levels (iron deficiency) or the level of Dht which everyone talks about?
