I am literally on 8-10mg estrogen and 200mg spironolactone and 5mg finasteride a day with dermarolling and yet I am seeing further hair loss every 12 hours. WTF IS HAPPENING

My two cents post over a month's update. Drop any fucked up medication (the last time I took estro and spironolactone was this post's date, any damage which was minimal at the time reverted to normal, dont drop finasteride though). Just be tenacious with dermarolling. Blows my mind, despite all the medical science, this is the zenith of hair regrowth regimens.

My scalp in the bald areas went from totally barren to a 5 o clock shadow AFTER I dropped everything and stuck with only finasteride (1mg), minoxidil and added dermarolling
