I have had success on propecia but could i have even more??

How long did you take finasteride? Whats your hair state? Of course you could try dutasteride but is is a deal with fire - it can destroy the front - at least for the time a shedding lasts.
If you took finasteride for a long time - why not. I also took finasteride for 4.5 years - and am now with dutasteride. Dutasteride works different - also different side effects for me (skin).
But sexual side effects are also much more probable with dutasteride than with finasteride - at least i have more problems in this case using dutasteride in comparison to finasteride.
