Took me around 10 months, but of course, it still has to improve further.

When were you able to style without worrying about someone seeing through your scalp(harsh lighting condition not taken into consideration because none of us can escape that unless we have a dense head of hair)?

Well, I don't think that I can do that for my crown with normal hairstyles until now.
But since I have very long hair for a boy, particularly at the crown, I can do excessive backcombing to make it look extremely dense. Yes, even harsh light can't permeate that barrier of backcombed hair. Alternatively, I can slick my hair back to cover that area up. Or, I can create a ponytail right on my crown. But I prefer backcombing.
Also, I don't use any products that provide volume.

My temple corners above my temporal point was pretty much bald and started filling in noticeably around 2 months and at around 6 months gave the appearance of baby hairs. On my bad side, in 9 months it's similar but not as strong/thick.

You should share pictures of before and your progress. It'd be helpful to other hair loss sufferers.
