I Dont Shed From Stopping Minoxidil...?

I stopped minoxidil after 1.5 years with good results and switched to finasteride, and now 3 months later my hair looks better.
Shouldnt i loose all the minoxidil gains i had?

Two possibilities:

1. Minoxidil never actually helped you. You were doing good by yourself.
2. Gains from finasteride immediately covered the minoxidil absence.

Why would you stop minoxidil?

If it's only been 3 months wait it out for a bit longer. You may not see a sudden shed but depending on which part of the hair cycle your hairs are in they may go away at another time down the line/.

I see, well i have shedded some hairs and all my extra hairs minoxidil gave me on my cheeks is gone. But overall my hair looks thicker, especially on the temples since i switched to finasteride.
