I Don’t Get What’s Going On Anymore I’m So Confused

I posed here before and was told I’m around a nw3. I booked an appointment with my family doctor but she said she doesn’t see any reason to. I was so confident I’m going bald I told her to go through with it. Now I go to this guy and he says nothings wrong at all. He even joked about others in the clinic would do anything for this hair. Should I get a second opinion. I was told to get on propecia fast so I could save it. The pictures with long and short hair are taken about 8 months apart.

It's appearance, in the pictures you provided, does possess a resemblance to a temporal recession. But I can't tell for sure, because there are a few people who are born with this type of hairline.
It'd be easy for you to tell. Since you're just 19, you might find vellus hairs in the temple area and it's very easy for you to judge because you have incredibly thick and coarse hair. Also, you can have a look at your own photographs from the time you were around 10 years of age, provided the hairline is clearly visible and not covered by anything like hats or bangs. That'd show you your juvenile hairline.
