Transplants can look okay.

Some people do get regrowth on meds. Or certainly combining meds with transplants.

I am a diffuser and I still have a very good illusion of coverage. Hopefully I can maintain with meds until a superior treatment is out. By the time I’m David Lynch’s age, I assume I’ll have way more options.

I think that being bald just looks weirder when you have light skin, like you are sick, whereas it looks more normal if you are dark skinned. Also African people tend to have better suited head shapes to baldness than white people and their facial features such as larger lips or nose help take attention away from their barren scalps whereas with a bald white man it seems like his bald forehead takes up almost his entire face.
