I Can't Believe How Aggressive My Hair Loss Is

Been on finasteride for one and a half year now. I maintained my hair , plus it got somewhat thicker.
Now suddenly I'm losing hair again, my hairline is receding further and the hairs on my left temple are incredibly thin.
What the f**k should I do now? All of this despite also dermarolling regularly. Should I add minoxidil?
At this rate I will be NW3 in 2 years max if not even earlier.

Why ? I'm NW2 on my left temple, NW1.5 on my right temple with minor diffuse thinning. There's nothing to show here.
My last chance is to add minoxidil, this will hopefully give me some more years and then go for a transplant. Fingers crossed my hair loss doesn't get out of control.

Well nothing personal but people tend to have a wrong picture of themselves (too optimistic or too pessimistic) that is why pictures are often very useful since they are somewhat more honest and objective;

I would add minoxidil as it will thicken things up but be patient. It won't happen overnight and you might get a shed as the hairs will go into a synchronized shed so it will get worse before it gets better. But for some people there will not be a big shed. I never had one and I have been on and off minoxidil at least 10 times. I have decided to stick with it now as I know for sure it helps. I do best with Lipogaine sensitive for men.
