Been on this forum for years. Been on top of the research. I am level headed, good communication skills, and Phd in stats, that helps me understand the statistical significance of what has been thrown around.

Ideally, optional, if your community can credibly promise to help fund the most promising resarch (since investors really are confused and don't have the know how to evaluate treatments) I can go there with some leverage: show me what you got, and if we are impressed we can raise money to help fund you. That will help us get in the door, and have more access to whatever they have as evidence.

Either way, I am not someone who is frantically raving or losing his sh*t over treatments; I just need your support (not financial, got that covered at least for Japan).

Yay or nay?

Not sure what you mean by this....?

By "community" do you mean the forum? The forum can barely manage to get money together to send @hellouser to the conference without pulling teeth and fighting with each other, never mind a significant amount of money to fund research.

I agree, if investors can see through. Either way raising money from the forum is tough, I think it could be a bargaining chip to give us more info on where they are. In an ideal world (but completely unrealistic scenario) an investor who has 1million will get their attention. We can't get that.

Either way just saying I can go. I can confirm later -- not sure yet -- need someone to convince me that there will be interesting info release or that the big players will be present. Not clear from teh current program, disappointing...

All I can give you, is a review made by scientists about the Ninth World Congress for Hair Research (2015).

A pdf (28 pages). It's named " Proceedings of the Ninth World Congress for Hair Research (2015) " and it's published 2 years after ! in 2017.

For the next Congress, there are some great scientists over there (work for Shiseido, Riken, Organ technologies ...)

Journal of Investigative Dermatology Symposium Proceedings (2017), Volume 18

I've got enough raised for myself to buy the ticket to Japan for the next congress. I'll be booking soon :)
