I went to Costco this morning and bought a 4-pound package of red grapes.
I just went through them like crazy today, alongside the fact that I ate 3 meals, too.
Now I'll probably have to suffer through some amazing BM's.
Just thought I'd let you guys know...
Is that too much sugar for the body? I mean, I do exercise a LOT, but is that borderline too much?
