I am having trouble finding information on serum DHT in various genders/ages

Does anyone know/can find information on:

Serum DHT ranges in:

Women
Males prior to puberty
Females prior to puberty
Castrated men

Males: 250-990 pg/ml or 30-85 ng/dl
Males & females prior to puberty: <3ng/dl or less than or equal to 50pg/ml
Women: 24-368 pg/ml or 3-28ng/dl
Castrated men: <20ng/dl

I know this suggestion sounds rudimentary, but have you tried Wikipedia. I did find an abstract by Leonard G. Gomella M.D. from the journal Review in Urology (spring2009) that surgically/chemically castrated men serum levels were recognized below 50ng/dL and even more recently lower than 20ng/dL.
