Here are my pictures from 14.06.2014 (the day when I have started using Minoxidil and vitamins):

Unfortunately the pictures have been taken in bad quality. I have made them wiht my old camera. Below are pictures from 03.12.2014 which I have taken by cellphone with much better camera:

Before hair cut:

From 14.06.2014 I have used Minoxidil and various vitamins, supplements and herbs, which are similar to those:
http://www.hairlosstalk.com/interac...hts-comments?p=1139860&viewfull=1#post1139860

In the morning (before I ate anything, on an empty stomach):
- piperine (bioperine)
- saw palmetto (od 16.09.2014)
- beta sitosterol (od 16.09.2014)
- curcumin
- vitamin D-3
- biotin
- MSM
- cod liver oil
- evening primrose oil
- resveratrol
- vitamin C
- multivitamins
- ginseng (korean)
- green tea
- parsley
- garlic

Afternoon:
- MSM
- teaspoon of coconut oil x 2
- (black tea + teaspoon of coconut oil + pinch of cayenne peper) x 2

In the evening:
- pumpkin seed oil
- MSM
- magnesium
- jiaogulan
- green tea
- vitamin B12

I apply Minoxidil (Rogaine 5%; immediately after washing and towelling my hair) twice a day (in the morning and in the evening). Albeit every time I use 2 ml. Besides, I add vitamin B12 to Minoxidil.

On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (about 14-15 pm) I apply the jojoba oil with the rosemary oil with a bit of rosemary oil.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturday (also about 14-15 pm) I apply the Nizoral 2% shampoo.

I think that now my hair are thicker, darker and I guess in some places new hair grow up a little bit . This is not only my opinion, but also people which live with me. Even such small changes in hair cause that I look better (also in the picture). Of course much depends on the lighting, but before I begin to use minoxidil and vitamins I could only dream about such hair. Independently from the lighting I always look like completely bald man (in reality and in the pictures).

Generally speaking I had the best results in 2-3 first months, later was worse. I think that I don't obtain better results because all this vitamins and herbs which I get work on 5-AR enzyme, whereas baldness has many other causes, for example PGD2, GSK3, JAK, DKK1, COX2, etc. Here are interesting threads about this:
http://www.hairlosstalk.com/interac...tic-Alopecia-Pathway-Update-and-Possible-Cure
http://bit.ly/1yYdSt5

The 5-AR inhibitors itself is not enough. So I have a few ideas what I could still add (for example lithium chloride, atraric acid (as Veramoss, Verymoss, or Evernyl), Litsea glutinosa as (Jinda Herb Herbal)) to achieve a better results.
The best choice for me seems to be CB-03-01 with the VERSAPRO vehicle: http://bit.ly/1DMoza1
Unfortunately CB-03-01 is too expensive for me. 2g of CB-03-01 from Kane costs 550$ (including shipping).

I would like to ask you a fee questions:

1. Generally speaking, what mistakes have I made (I don't now, maybe I get some vitamin or herb which is harmful for hair, or for example I use Nizoral too often)?

2. Except Nizoral I don't use any other shampoo. Is it mistake?

3. I apply Minoxidil immediately after washing and towelling my hair. Will the scalp be better hydrated 30 minutes after the shower or perhaps immediately after showering? Will the scalp be better hydrated after using cold water or hot water? Will the scalp be better hydrated after using water alone or water together with the shampoo?

4. In the morning and in the evening I apply Minoxidil, and about 14:00 pm the jojoba and rosemary oils. Are such intervals good?

5. 1 gram of RU58841 costs 28$, but for how long can I use this 1 gram?

6. What is the best way to use the vitamin D3? I ask because the vitamin D3 seems to be good for hair:

You don't even have any hair left basically
Treatments won't let you regrow anything, and you look like you have poor donor density so a hair transplant is off the table too. Only option for you is shaving and a hairpiece

Like zzzzz mentioned your hair loss may be at the point of no return. But if you did want to throw everything at it and see what happens, then why not use the most effective treatments? Vitamins and other lower grade treatments are for lower norwoods that think they have time to waste. Time definitely is not on your side and the more time you waste the less hair you will recover.

It seems like you're in denial, not trying to reign on your parade, but you have nothing left. It's like trying to stay relevant in an irrelevant battle. In your case your bald.

No point rubbing minioxidil, RU58841 on a couple fuzzy pubes.

Time for a wig bro.

Stop wasting money and get a wig or just shave it.

You are at a point were you can only win.
I don't think that adding a bunch of supplements and vitamins to your regimen will do anything for you, though.

If you really want to try everything then you should use finasteride or dutasteride in your regimen, and even with those I don't think you stand much of a chance.
And btw I am curious why are you drinking green tea?

Hey RK85,

You've hardly got any hair left. :( Your only option may be to shave off what's left and use a hairpiece.
