What are my options at this point? Do you think I could do hair transplant?

wtf man, 21 yo? seriously? that's impressive dude... I would say go on Propecia IMMEDIATELLY, even if, honestly, i don't think even that would help much at this point. Maybe just go with a full shave and just deal with it... your head shape seems pretty good, you might look good with the buzz ;)

So no hope basically? Do you think my donor hair is good enough for transplants. I know I will never be able to have density or a low hairline but do you think I would be a candidate for the surgery so I can get some hair back? I am willing to take from the beard too.

Not saying this to be offensive, but seriously lose some weight first up. Typically general health issues don't contribute to hairloss, but it can't help and overall you're going to get a bigger cosmetic improvement from going to the gym and eating right.

Also you are a full on norwood 6 by the look of things, look into and online consult with Dr. Hasson in Canada for FUT and see what he thinks. You're never going to get full coverage with that level of loss, but a sizeable improvement with a very conservative hairline might be possible.

Yeah I don't mean to blame genetics or anything but everyone in my family including my brothers are obese. I was always the fat could have tried to lose weight before but I could never keep it off. I'll try again though. How conservative would you say the hairline would have to be? I mean I know it will have to be high but if it is so high it can't frame my face then what's the point. I would be okay with having the back be thin as long as I could get a high hairline that framed my face and some hair in front. What about beard hair transplant as well?

Look up a guy called Joe Tillman. Full norwood 6 similar to yours, ended up with a reasonable but very conservative hairline and a thin crown. A somewhat better donor area than average.

Really depends on the potential of your remaining donor, would need to consult a decent doctor to give you an estimate of what is possible.

Definitely hit the weights if you're trying for weight loss, it's much more enjoyable and rewarding than basic cardio and will keep you motivated.

Yeah bro , listen to Jean luc advice .
Honestly you would benefit more from losing weight than having a hair transplant .
Lose weight then take care of your hair man .
