Hi! Does synthetic/ man made hair tangle and knot the same as human hair?

It depends on the quality, brand, length, and the way it's taken care of.
My systems are all 90% synthetic grey Kanekalon® hair (still supposedly the best). I have no issues with knotting or tangling, but my hair is short. When I had a 14" system, I had tangling issues.

Thanks! So when you brush it and after a shower, how much shedding do you get from it from knots and get tangles?It depends on the quality, brand, length, and the way it's taken care of.

Unless it's summertime, I NEVER wash my hair in the shower. And when I rinse it during the summer, I NEVER EVER brush it right after. I wait until it's mostly dry, and then using leave-in conditioning spray before I brush.Thanks! I will order a custom one when things are calmed down.

If you are doing custom, you can ask for a skin surround, instead of a poly... a bit lighter.I will order a custom one when things are calmed down.

I'm ordering a wavy-haired synthetic unit. Synthetic is incredibly difficult to tangle, is lightweight & holds its color...

To be honest I have not seen it in anything but grey. My factory does not offer it as an option.Can synthetic hair look realistic in all hair colours? And is there any advantages having synthetic hair if its not grey?
